WIST Assessment

The WIST (Word Identification and Spelling Test) is a nationally standardized, individually administered diagnostic tool for assessing a student's fundamental literacy skills. It measures word identification, spelling, and sound-symbol knowledge — targeting the aspects of reading most important for identifying and treating struggling readers, ages 7 to 18.

Academic Achievement Testing

WIAT‑IV Assessment

The WIAT‑IV is a widely used academic achievement test relied on by school psychologists and educational specialists to assess an individual's strengths and weaknesses in reading, mathematics, written, and oral language. Suitable for ages 4–50, it can be used for formal clinical diagnosis or to inform individualized instruction. The updated edition offers a more precise look at letter/sound correspondence (phonological processing), decoding, sentence writing, and spelling.
